Where can I apply for accreditation?
Please download, fill in and return our online accreditation form (click here for download). We might ask you for a work order/confirmation of the editorial office of the magazine / newspaper you will be working for.

Will I be informed if my accreditation request has been accepted?
We will contact you after having received your request and inform you whether your request has been approved or refused. Unfortunately we can only grant accreditation/access to the media room etc. to media representatives that are on assignment.

Where do I receive my accreditation & do I have to wear it while on site?
You will receive your accreditation pass upon arrival at the venue in the media room in the Daylodge’s Totem Room. Media representatives are required to visibly wear their accreditation pass while on site.

Are there parking spaces for journalists near the stadiums?
Parking is available close to the stadiums, no special parking passes are required.

Where is the press room and when will it be open?
The press centre is located in the “Totem Room” in the Daylodge, about 150 metres from the cross-country stadium and the ski jumps. It will be open on competition days (closed on training days) shortly previous to the start of the competitions until about one hour after the end of the last competition of the day.

Which technical equipment & services do I find in the press room?
The press working room is equipped with several internet lines, bringing your own laptop is required. The use of the internet in the press working room is free of charge. Start & result lists will be provided for the media in the press room, furthermore there will be hot beverages and snacks available.

Are there lockers?
Unfortunately there are no lockers available on the venue.

How can I get into contact with a certain athlete/official for interviews?
For planning an interview with a certain athlete or official, please contact our media staff, they will be able to put you into contact with the required persons.

I am a photographer. How will I be able to get permission to enter access-controlled areas (for example ski jumps, biathlon range)?
Please contact our media staff, there will be guided tours to access-controlled areas for media. Photographers will be able to take pictures inside those access-controlled areas, though depending on the conditions access might be limited to training/trial rounds only.

Will there be Mixed Zones for interviews with the athletes?
There will be mixed zones installed at the athletes’ exit areas of each stadium. If you want to interview a specific athlete, our staff at the press counter will be glad to assist you getting into contact with him/her.
